I feel having tea few times a day keeps you healthy. Have more tea instead of coffee to protect your body from damaging effects of free radicals. Antioxidants play major role in protecting against some cancers and cardiovascular diseases and fortunately Tea is a rich source of Antioxidants. Please share your views about the effect of Tea or Coffee or your health.
you've just said all it is to be said, what more do you want from us, i don't drink coffee and from reading your post i understand it's a good thing, everybody know that coffee it's bad, and real bad for your hart. i don't drink any tea either and my health is bang on .
I am with you both but my coffee for me is a big MUST, there is now way I could give it up, my only real addiction and yeah that is what it is
I think tea is better. Green tea is the nice way to reduce the weight and it also helps in controlling our BP level.
Tea, and green tea! It also depends on how much additional goodies you add to your coffee/tea. If you can stand it, it's best just to take it as is.
