I used to go to the gym all the time. However my motivation is having someone to go with which I don't any more, having a gym buddy makes it more fun and not feel like a chore. It's something I want to start doing again as I need to lose weight but in all honesty I can't motivate myself. I think I need to find myself a new gym buddy.
No, I used to go all the time. I enjoyed working out and getting stronger and stronger until I picked up running. There was really no reason for me to keep trying to increase my strength; it never really helped in day to day life. Now that I ran, I realized if I stopped going to the gym and lost some muscle I could be significantly faster, and it has paid off.
I used to go there frequently until I realised I can keep fit and look good by just jogging a few times a week. Now I don't visit the gym unless my friends ask me to.
