It is said that brisk walking is good for the heart since it was also a good form of cardio exercise. And it was easy to do specially if you really enjoy walking. I could say that I do enjoy brisk walking specially when friends or when I was in the park. Anyone here do brisk walking as part of his workout routine?
Not really, but I do tend to walk fast when I'm with friends. I like being at the head of the pack so to say and I like staying along with them. I hate being the one left behind because I used to be like that all the time to be honest. Anyways it's a great workout for some.
