I'd get help for it what might be a minor problem now can grow into a serious problem in the future.

As with any addiction the issue is do you WANT to stop because without WANTING to it's gonna be hard to kick the habit.

Just like Michael Jackson, addiction to painkillers will never be good for your body and long-term prospect for health. Search and go for other alternatives to cope up with your problem rather than rely on painkillers just because of convenience and ready availability. You owe that to yourself.

Yes, please please get help. Addiction is a progressive disease, which means that it will only get worse. I'm not trying to scare you, I just want you to get help. Best of luck to you.
P.S. If you are ashamed to admit to someone that you have a problem, please don't be. Addiction is a disease and it is quite common. If you get help early it will be easier on you.
