Since the sunshine has been out I've felt so much happier in myself. Really done wonders for my mood Love it lets hope the sun keeps shining on
Generally, when the weather is nice I feel good. When it is rainy it doesn't really effect my mood. My boyfriend is usually in a bad mood when the weather is bad. He said he thinks he has Seasonal Affective Disorder. Some part of me feels that it's all in his head, but maybe that's because bad weather doesn't affect my mood. I wonder if anyone here has S.A.D. and can comment on it and how it feels.
