I'm here if you need to talk man.

Try not to remain positive keep busy and active don't let yourself think on things the worst thing we do to ourselves when we get down is we can make it worse by closing ourselves off from others, listening to depressing music etc etc go for a walk, ring a friend, partner just keep busy.

    I know it's hard.

We're here for you if you need us.

Sometimes there doesn't need to be a reason for it, depression and everything else that is tagged similar ususally has its own way of working it out of people without them realising its happening till its too late.

Hope you can use some of your distractions to get this feeling out and you manage a safe method tOo

I know it may sound strange but sometimes different distractions can work for different situations, so if you have a certain feeling that make you want to hurt try a few things that would distract you and the one that helps try keep in mind and use that when the same feeling arises next time. Do this with each feeling and hopefully it will help you more

most distractions tend not to work when my mood really crashes most time i can pull myself up but a lot of the time i can't and thats what annoys me
