Sleep is one of the ways that can help you to get through some of your mental health issues.

This mean by getting enough sleep and at the right time of day

    Do you get enough sleep?
Do you try to get enough sleep?
What do you use to aid sleep?

I really don't get enough sleep but most of the time I'm afraid to be asleep, and I just can't get asleep when I do try. I find that my tablets help sometimes but I'll never get enough!

50% of the people with my illness are up all night, I am one of them. And about 90% of the people have sleeping problems, again I am one of them. Most days I sleep 2 to 4hrs a day if I am lucky.
