Relaxation..

    Relaxation is very good for your mental health...It helps to balance everything out for you

    What relaxation do you do?

    How often do you do it?

    i lay on my bed and put on music (secondhand serenade usually) close my eyes and just listen i do that for an hour a day

    I do basically the same. Just some time with my earphones in and volume turned up high, eyes shut and closed out from the world

    A nice cold beer helps me relax and sunshine :D

    My psychologist has given me many of them to try and none of them work, I am too stresses out for them to have a effect one me. :(

    I used to drink half a bottle of wine and just sit on the couch and enjoy the buzzed sensation. I don't do that any more. I guess to relax I will go out and rent a movie and maybe nuke a bag of popcorn. I don't do it enough.
