i lay on my bed and put on music (secondhand serenade usually) close my eyes and just listen i do that for an hour a day
I do basically the same. Just some time with my earphones in and volume turned up high, eyes shut and closed out from the world
My psychologist has given me many of them to try and none of them work, I am too stresses out for them to have a effect one me.
I used to drink half a bottle of wine and just sit on the couch and enjoy the buzzed sensation. I don't do that any more. I guess to relax I will go out and rent a movie and maybe nuke a bag of popcorn. I don't do it enough.
