There is no denying that more and more people are now trying health products which can be categorized as natural. for instance, everywhere you go it is so easy to find herbal products being marketed. Aside from herbs, there are different brands under the categories of vitamins, minerals, extracts, etc., etc. In fact, it is soemtimes confusing which brand is telling the truth and could work. Natural is really in! Right now, I am drinking a coffee mix with Agaricus, Gotu Kola. Ganoderma, Mangosteen, Gingko Biloba, Grapeseed, Spirulina, Moringa and Ginseng. What a blend! I ordered the product from this site: http://www.tom.i-supreme.com
I've tried KALMS for sleep before and it did nothing. I've taken a whole bottle of it before there are people who do this on YouTube as well there's a professor who takes a bottle a day to prove they are rubbish obviously I don't condone or recommend this but they don't work. I think a lot of alternative medications success is based within the mind. I'm not really swayed to believing they actually work but maybe I am just biased because of my own negative experiences.
I use natural medicines/remedies a lot. I prefer to use natural therapies and I use them on the kiddies before taking them to the dr. Therapies :- reflexology, massage, indian head massage, keiki never tried accupuncture though I have and the kids have :- omega 3, rescue remedy (both spray and pastels) kalms, black cohosh, red tea leaf, Ginseng and some others that I havent remembered yet lol I also use yoga too both for myself and the kiddies
I'm not sure that all of the natural remedies out there work. I am probably wrong to say but perhaps a lot of it could be put down to the Placebo effect. The only herbal things I have tried are teas and Chamomile did work and did do what it said it would.
Getting a massage has always been the best medicine for me. Having a pretty girl put her hands all over me just makes life seem better. Plus the physical benefits are noticeable. The results last for weeks. Kind of expensive, but not when compared to some brand name medicines. Some of those pills are super expensive.
We all love massages here even the kids lol I generally do massages for them nearly every day, they always want to choose the type of oil they want and then once one is having one they all want one. I can be massaging for over an hour at a time lol
