Well recently I've been getting like headaches they are infrequent but at least once or multiple times a day. They last no longer than a few seconds each time so they aren't long lasting so painkillers wont help but they are very very painful and scary.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

maybe go to the doctor and see what that say maybe you could ask them to get you a CT scan to see if that can see whats causing them

I would go to the dr's and get them checked out...Do you drink a lot of drinks that contain caffine? Caffine has that effect on people and also it could be the onset of mild migraine

i dont think it will be something that serious really the best way to work it out is have a CT or MRI when you have a headache that would make it faster and easier to see whats up and whats causing them

Watch your diet and make sure you're getting at least 2 meals a day. It's best to have breakfast too but if you're like me and so many other you skip it. :p Also, you may have a sensitivity to light. I know that causes me to get headaches. Are your eyes sensitive?

Sometimes, eating certain foods can give us a headache. Such foods are chocolates, cheese and red wine. Stress can also contribute to headache. The heat can also give us headaches as well as noise. Whenever I get headaches, I close my eyes and sleep in a cold, dim room. Getting continuous headaches is bad, though. That happened to my mother, so I let her have a CT Scan. The results were normal, thank God. :) I suggest you try asking for a physician's advice just to be sure. We should never compromise our health, so investing in it is a good move you should do.
