Exercise helps with mental heath do you actively take part in regular exercise and if not would you consider it to help your mental health...

    What exercise do you do?

How often do you do it?

    Does it help?

I go to a gym called curves, and its a 30 minute intense workout.

I find it helps me sometimes, because I get all my stress and tension out in one really fast paced work out

Exercise doesn't do a thing for me, keeping my mind busy is what helps me. I play a lot of video games to control my illness.

I'll occasionally take my bike out on the nature trails, but not recently. I want to get a Kinect when I can afford one and get one of those exercise games, especially for the winter.

I take walks frequently. It helps tremendously. I also would like to return to the YMCA where I was going a couple of years ago. I like that natural rush I feel after a good workout. I feel as light as air usually with no problems, no depression.
