Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974

    In addition to my last thread folks, make sure you are aware of a little bit of government legislation called Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
    This is a very cool bit of legislation whereby when a consumer pays anything between £30 to £30,000, using their credit or debit cards, for anything weather it be a pair of shoes, a car or even a service from a company. You maybe suprised to learn you are covered to get your money back from a company. This includes getting money back from a company that has garn into administration.

    So know and understand Section 75 folks and you wont get done!
