How do you feel about PDA (Public Display of Affection)? Are you affectionate with people when you're in public? Are you comfortable with other people being affectionate with each other? I'm just fine with it all. I don't believe in behaving like it's 'mating season' when I'm in public but I don't have any problems with seeing people interact with each other in a loving way...including myself.
I try to keep public displays of affection at a minimum while i'm out with my love. He also prefers to save the lovey dovey stuff for when we get to a more private setting. Personally, i'm rather comfortable with PDA but I like to build up the tension. Waiting until we get home to 'make out' gives us both something more to look forward to later in the day. I won't shoot down a couple who kisses and touches in public, it's just something I prefer not to do if I can help it. To each his own .
I don't mind light kisses with no tongue, or hand-holding. I also don't mind walking arm in arm with someone, as long as they are not groping my behind the entire time. I also don't like other personal parts of my body grabbed in public. I prefer for most of the past PG-13 related stuff to stay at home or other private setting.
I used to not mind making out in public because I felt young and carefree and SO in love. haha. But not anymore. I stay with PG-13 stuff now, out of respect for others. And I also feel more awkward with PDA as I age.
We're doing smack kisses in public which is quite ordinary. I don't display much affection in public besides I am shy. He usually just grab my hand and kiss my forehead while in the mall, park or anywhere.
