Is it my imagination, or are television shows allowed to have more swearing these days? It seems like I hear every word except the F-bomb on TV shows these days.
you are right , more and more tv shows and movies as well have a lot of swearing, and the worst thing is that i've seen kids swearing on tv and in movies like years old kids swearing like there was no tomorrow, for example in COP OUT the kid who tries to steel a car or something , that kid swears more that i do.
It depends on the genre of the show/movie. It sure is getting more common on even "clean" tv shows or films but hey .. people seems to like it
It seems like the networks are a little looser these days with the language than they were when I was growing up. Times are changing and I wouldn't expect television to still go by the same rules from 20 years ago.
