    Do you ever expereince poor customer service or really big waiting times on the phone. Or even worse get through to an indian call centre to a man called david? When we all now his name is mr masude or mr sing? grrrrrr

    Im on hold with Warrenty Direct at the moment they have really bad hold times

    This one keeps advertising and saying your call is important to us please hold and a consultant will awnser your call when one becomes free and they say it every 10 seconds grrrr

    Lmao it is soo annoying

    I was on hold with virgin media (last night) for just over an hour. night before i was on over half an hour and saturday previous over half an hour

    Yeah i know tell me about it lol. Warranty Direct Ltd. are terrible for keeping customers on hold. I was suprised to find little or no reviews on them since they have been on TV. When ever you question them about the waiting times they just say its due to demand lol. When i comment "Well why dont you take on more staff to meet the demand" they just respond with "We have just taken on a few extra staff to see if it helps" i carnt help thinking its build into thier script. Grrrrr

    That's annoying. Sometimes when i explain about my problem, they will ask me to wait for a minute and disconnect the call. That's quite more annoying.

    I hate my cell phone company customer service if you can call it that. The wait time is not long but it seems like I always get the same exact woman with the same exact thick accent. I have no clue where she could possibly be from but I don't understand half of what she says to me and so the call takes twice as long because I keep asking her to repeat herself. I work as a transcriber so I am pretty used to accents but this lady is just horrible!
