Religion is a very powerful force that move people and even make or destroy a nation. In the past, religion became an instrument of war rather than peace as religious leaders made it their business to impose their convictions to the masses. Do you believe that your religion is the only religion recognized by your God? Would you be willing to die for those convictions?
I am an atheist and my family members are protestants. I won't die for god but I would for my country.
I would be willing to die if someone asked me, "Do you believe in God?" I would also be willing to die if someone asked me, "Do you believe Jesus is the Son of God?" However, I wouldn't be willing to die if someone were to ask, "Do you belong to that church?" There's a difference, although church is a place of worship. Still, the church is not just in a building. It's whenever believers of God get together for worship or fellowship.
