In addition to my last thread folks, make sure you are aware of a little bit of government legislation called Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This is a very cool bit of legislation whereby when a consumer pays anything between £30 to £30,000, using their credit or debit cards, for anything weather it be a pair of shoes, a car or even a service from a company. You maybe suprised to learn you are covered to get your money back from a company. This includes getting money back from a company that has garn into administration. So know and understand Section 75 folks and you wont get done! Link: http://www.oft.gov.uk/about-the-oft/legal-powers/legal/cca/
