What is your worst travel expereice? For me, it was when I was traveling back to Canada from Brazil. The flight back to North America lost its radar and as a result missed the flight from Florida to Canda. Luckily I got on the next flight but it delayed my trip.
I hate Ryanair they claim to be cheap but rip you off on all the added extras. There not that good but I suppose as the good old saying goes you get what you pay for annoying but true in the case of Ryanair that's why I'd rather save up my pennies and fly with someone else I recently flown with Thomson Travel and though leg room was a problem the service and over all experience was nice and enjoyable.
The worst one shall be the time i went to Beijing two years ago. Actually our destination was not Beijing then but i just could not go any further since i was sick badly. I spent like three or four days at home after we were back. Just need more time for recovery.
Continental Airlines has terrible customer service. They don't care if they cause you to miss your connecting flight because they spent 4 hours cleaning up the airplane. I'll never use them again.
Even I had quite bad experiences with them, while flying from Australia. I should have taken Qantas, but the timing was a problem. Even my friends had bad experiences with Continental and I think if you travel in that airline once. you will never even think about traveling again with them.
I don't fly enough to really say that, but I think that depends on your luck. Sometimes things happen and you so happen to have crappy customer service. I think it's mainly timing...I've had a good experience with Continental so far and I've flown with them for a few years now without issues.
