mooncups are the silicone menstrual cup designed by women to be a convenient, safe and eco-friendly alternative to tampons and sanitary pads Has anyone tried them or uses them? Any good?
I have heard of these, but have never tried them. I don't have a period very often, actually the only way I will have a period is with birth control pills BUT I have wanted to try them to see how they work. I have heard nothing but good things about them. Since I can't use pads (I bleed too heavy when I do have a period.) I use tampons, and worry about toxic shock syndrome, so when I get back on birth control pills I may get one and test it out.
I have never heard of mooncups. Are they something new? Where are they available at to buy? It sounds like something I would be interested in if I am able to find them.
Ever since I've been on the Depo shot I have not needed tampons or menstrual pads. I do spot sometimes but it isn't enough that it would stain my underwear. It's that, and the fact that I've no idea how many more years I will even need to use women's products. LOL
