Does anyone here play the guitar? I'm in a band and I love meeting new musicians. Actually, I'll broaden the scope...does anyone here play any instruments at all? Bass? Keyboard? Drums?

I only knew the basic keys on keyboard and guitar. Most of my uncles, aunts and cousins are musicians and I want and wish to learn more about playing the instrument.
I play keyboard fairly well. I use the chord structures to learn. I really like to play my own songs though. I wish I could be in a band. I also like to sing and am working on memorizing songs so maybe I can be in a band some day.
