With Easter just around ........ What does Easter mean to you? Is it a religious holiday or is it all about the chocolate eggs? What have you planned for the holidays?
For Christians, Easter is about the resurrection. Though commercialism has taken root in the holiday and now it seems to be more about the Easter egg hunts and candy and celebration than anything religious. At some point, all that extra celebration trivializes the true meaning of Easter. Same for Christmas.
Most of the time we dont celebrate Easters in my country But i remember when i was in college my American teacher celebrated Easter with us. There were eggs and bunnies.
