    For the guys

Does circumcision make erections difficult because of reduced sensitivity?

Are men who are not circumcised more prone to suffer from premature ejaculation?

Does circumcision make any difference for women?

Yea can't comment because I'm not but I'm guessing that it's just the same at first it's going to be very sensitive but I think then it's a matter of getting used to it then it becomes the same as any other guy sure there is reduced sensitivity but I'm sure you get used to that.

I think all of these notions or fears are unfounded. If ever a person is experiencing some of the problems related to the ones enumerated above, then there is a big chance it has nothing to do with circumcision or otherwise. Based on my reading on the net, some guys are getting more pleasure from the sex act when uncircumcised. However, it really depends on the person's preference.

Circumcision has no effects on ability to get an erection. Its done in the US for health reasons, since the foreskin secretes some kind of goo that needs to be cleaned or can cause infection (that's what I've read anyways). The tip is plenty sensitive circumsized, and I don't think it has any bearing on whether a guy can't last long. I think that's just the guy's problem.

I can't say one way or another. But, I do know that they are offering free circumcision to young men in various African nations cause it's been scientifically proven to reduce the risk of contracting HIV. Now that's a reason to have your baby circumcised when they are born, even if it doesn't fall in line with your belief system, if only for health sake.

I really wish I had been given the choice. Now I'll never know what it's like to be uncircumcised. That's a really hard thing to accept for me. I really don't think it should be done at birth, not even for religious reasons.

I can see that being the case as it is more places for bacteria and viruses to live before actually making it into the system. Though as far as doing this as risk prevention I say someone is taking enough risk by doing something with someone that has the virus regardless. They are the dumb ones. Just going out to do it with random people is going to put you at risk.

And, I'm in whole hearted agreement that random sex with people one doesn't really know is STUPID. It's not ever a good thing to do. With that being said, do you really ever know the person you are with? A woman or man might think they are with a faithful partner, but who is to say? How do you know what they do before during or after work? Where are they going during the lunch break? Even if they are getting tested for HIV once a year (and most people aren't), there is a huge gap of time in between tests where the person can get infected and pass along HIV.

Some evidence points to the start of the HIV epidemic in Africa when truckers (traveling down one long stretch of highway in Africa) would frequent brothels and pick up the disease and then bring it home to their faithful wives who would get infected and pass it along to the babies. Sometimes, the entire family would end up dying. This practice still has not changed. Those women had no clue their husbands were cheaters.

And, though a person can use protection, most times that is not done in a marriage. At least it's not done in every marriage cause the partners assume they are safe with their partner and assumes the other person is not cheating. But, really you can never know.

If a circumcision could cut the risk of HIV infection by as much as 75%, then that could be enough to save millions of lives every year. Of course, there are other ways to prevent HIV infection including abstinence, use of Nonoxyl-9 cuts the risk a little bit and is usually found in a woman's spermicidal jelly. Also, using protection is another thing to do. Just being careful and really knowing your partner. Though you can obviously never be too careful.

Circumcision is for health purposes. Honestly, nothing changed. When I got circumcised it's all the same to me.
