business plans are the start to all good new businesses and no banks will lend any money without one... Have you made a business plan out? What did you include in it? What advice can you give to someone just starting out on it?
I had to write about the uses of a business plan in my latest business exam. It basicly covers the long and short term objectives for the business. It's only use isn't only to gain a loan. It gives the business a sence of direction, and an idea of where it would like to be, and what it would like to achieve in the next few months / years. You would include the business objective, general idea of the business. Long term objectives, amount of funds the business has. I'm no expert on writing the actual business plan.
