Which is best for a work out and why ? Does sports drink affect the heart negatively? When is best to drink it ..? Before or during the work out ut
I'm not really a major fan of sports drinks, but one of my favorites is Powerade. Some may think that the taste is a little bland, but I like it enough. It also gives me a quick pick-me-up when my energy levels start to dip.
I like Gatorade, the blue kind. I usually feel refreshed after an especially tiring workout session. Not sure if this counts, but I like plain ol' H2O as well with lots of ice.
