What's your favorite gaming console? For the longest time mine was the PS3 but my new Wii is starting to grow on me. What system do you like best?
I had a Wii but then I sold it. My favorite genre of games are shooting so Wii just made it too hard to play those games. I like the concept of the Wii but I do not like the games for the Wii. That is why my favorite gaming console right now is the Xbox 360. The Xbox Live feature is amazing and is pretty much the only reason I like Xbox. The Halo series is also a great addition to Xbox 360!
I would have to say it is the PS3. It seems to have the most features of any console and, has the most/best games.
My favorite is PS3 but the whole PSN debacle leaves me with a uneasy feeling. A bout a week after PSN was hacked I had a guy from India call me telling me I won a new Dodge truck. I told him right were he could shove his truck. If PSN gets hacked again I am done with Sony!
I would say "My big fat GameBoy", but it would sound very old school! But my alternative is my Wii (anyone played "The Conduit?") and I'm very sad I can't play these days because I have other more important things to do (I work at home)
Mine is the Wii since it's the only current gen console I own. It's alright but I feel like the games aren't challenging enough. I'm done with most games in a week. The only game I still play on it is DDR. I want to get a PS3 soon to play FF on it.
My favorite has always been the ps2. They have always produced a wide variety of great games. My favorites include SOCOM, Madden, the Tony Hawk series, and Kingdom Hearts.
PS3 all the way, nothing beats PS3 when it comes to spec-wise and the games are very much more entertaining and challenging.
I especially excited about hands-free gaming, so I have to say the Kinect even though I don't own one yet. I'm waiting for them to get the kinks out. I'll probably get the next-gen of the Kinect whenever that comes out.
Well for the older platforms, my favorite one will always be the Playstation. I do not have a Playstation 3, and since the Xbox 360 has been nothing but fun since I got it, I'm going to have to say that the Xbox 360 is my favorite among the newer platforms. Next on my list would be the Nintendo Wii.
