Hulu.com is a real lifesaver for me, cause now I don't have to subscribe to cable TV to enjoy some of my favorite television programming.

My favorite Hulu.com television programs include:

    Family Guy
    Simpsons
    Spice and Wolf (anime)
    Good Morning America Health
    Bones
    Glee
    The Office
    Sliders
    Firefly
    Stargate SG1
    Stargate Universe

What are your favorite Hulu shows, free version or Hulu Plus?

Right now, I'm just watching the free Hulu shows online, but have considered upgrading to Hulu Plus to be able to stream shows over my ROKU and on my computer. If you've had a good experience with Hulu Plus, please let me know.

Well, I don't really watch too much T.V. and, I more or less use YouTube for Media Shows.
Also the only type of T.V. show I watch is anime.

Hulu has well over 200 anime shows with full episodes.

To find out if your show is listed, go to Hulu.com, type anime in the search bar at the site and a full listing of available anime shows will come up.

Or, if you'd prefer you can tell me your anime show name and I'll go back to Hulu to see if they have episodes.

I prefer watching anime on anime specific sites.

That's cool. Everyone has their own preferences. And, at least you're honest about it. You have to be true to yourself. Without that, you really have nothing. Thanks for talking to me. Have a nice day.

I use to use Hulu when they were free, once they went paid I stopped using them. My wife records our television shows and we watch them at our leisure.

Yeah Hulu was great when it was free, and will be worth the money when they start streaming in 1080p. I think I would cancel cable when they do :)

Those were the days, right? Entire seasons of Buffy and Angel for free? And, they had the entire three years of Roswell before it went to Hulu Plus. And now, not so much. I really like horror and sci-fi TV shows, so I was all over that. Now, the pickings are slim. But, I still like the site cause they are actively trying to add more free shows, now that the Hulu Plus fervor has died down. And, I think a really good selection of free Hulu TV shows and movies WILL be a very good incentive for people to sign up for Hulu Plus if only to get MORE of the good stuff.

I wish Hulu did the subscription thing the way Pandora did it, give us maybe 10 hours of free shows (all shows) per month then once we hit that limit we can not watch any more shows for the month unless we subscribed to Plus. That would have maybe got me to pay, but instead one day they just cut off all of my shows.

ANyway I am still waiting for their 1080P streams :)

Gutted you can only watch it from the US. I'd love something like this my TV costs me nearly 60 quid a month that's like $100? My maths is bad sorry.

But yea I suppose that gives me my phone and net as well though but still expensive.

What I'd like more is something that lets me watch american and british TV when I'm out of England and abroad.

Have you tried Crackle online? From what I know, Crackle streams legal movies and TV shows very similar to Hulu. The only reason I know they are legal is cause ROKU has a Crackle channel. In fact, Crackle is one of their featured channels. I'm sure ROKU wouldn't risk promoting a site that offers illegal movies and such. So check it out, if you can.

As for the Pandora idea, that might work. Maybe we could all go over there and submit support tickets in favor of the idea. Hulu is very responsive and likely to pick up the idea. If the Hulu.com blog is open for commenting, post your gripes there about the lack of free content. They are very good about listening to their viewers.

Post a comment beneath the 'clips' of your favorite show on free Hulu saying you want more full length episodes. Hulu management reads all that. They listen.

Hulu still has plenty of free shows to watch. I'm watching So You Think You Can Dance right now. I just hope it doesn't get messed up if/when Google buys them.

I watch New Girl, Bones, and Korean dramas sometimes on Hulu, but I don't like the ads, although I really enjoy the quality of the videos. I like reading the closed captions too. I think it's a great site.
