There are a lot of gays (or members of LGBT) who beame aware of their different sexual preferences when they were still young -- maybe at the age of 7 - 10. And then there are also people who get tuned into their unique sexual orientation later on life -- maybe at the age of 20 - 30. So...at what age you became aware that you are indeed gay?
I think you answered your own question there. I don't think for anyone there is a certain age like at the age of 16 every gay person realises they are gay. For my personal friends that I know that are either gay or bi a lot of them it came about realising that love had no limits to gender my sons mother is now a lesbian and I would never have thought she was the type of person to be attracted to the same sex and it took me awhile to realise that it was actually love I don't think she actively was seeking a lesbian relationship I think it was more she found a female her made her happy and felt loved and as a result fell for her romantically.
